The kitchen is equipped with a stove with 5 burners including a wok burner, a large oven and refrigerator, a Delta espresso machine and a microwave. There is also a deep fryer and a dishwasher. The large dining table ensures that all can eat together. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and iron.

The living room is separated from the kitchen by the fireplace. From the corner sofa or 2 comfortable chairs you can watch the satellite TV with stereo.
Garden
In the garden there is a basketball court, a seesaw and a swing. There is also a swimming pool surrounded by parasols and sun beds. It is possible to rinse off under the outdoor shower and use bath towels. There are also 3 sitting areas placed on the porch of the house. The special thing about the garden is that there is also a cozy dining / drinking area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including barbecue. Silves is an old town located in the south of Portugal. It is characterized by cozy little steep streets and many white houses. The rich history of the city is evident in the medieval castle on the hill above the city. From the walls of the fortress you have a beautiful view over the city. Also fun: in August you get an extra experience, then the Middle Ages are celebrated with various food stalls, medieval figures walking through the city and a play where the conquest of the castle is re-enacted.
Furthermore, the marina of Albufeira is worth a visit. Wine tasting is also possible in the area. To cool down you can go to the beach or the lake Barragem do Arade.

Payment
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount must be paid, including the deposit mentioned below, 6 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Deposit
Payment deposit before arrival, with the second deposit of 50% you are requested to pay the deposit of € 250, -. This will be returned to your bank account within 7 days if no damage has been caused by you, or in case of damage a part or the whole will be withheld, or additional payment of any damage caused will be required.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will be charged:
a. for cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the total rental price
b. Cancellation from the 6th up to the 4th week before the first day of the booked stay: 70% of the total rental price
c. Cancellation as of the 4th week prior to the first day of the booked stay: 90% of the total rental price
Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 16.00 hours in the afternoon and have to leave the villa before 10.00 hours in the morning; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa. In case of a late night arrival (after 21.00 hrs) there will be a charge of €50,-, which has to be paid in cash to the hostess on the spot.
Liability
HelloAlgarve / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Quinta by whatever circumstances caused.
