The villa has an area of 140 m2 (5000 m2 plot) and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, covered terrace and spacious private pool with beautiful views.
This converted farmhouse has retained its charm and atmosphere. Quinta Nor offers everything for a wonderful holiday. The villa is on one level, but has a mezzanine. Outside you will find a spacious private pool and enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa is surrounded by orange groves, you can make freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning.
Bedrooms
In the villa you will find two regular bedrooms and a mezzanine with a third sleeping place. Furthermore there are two bathrooms in the villa.
Kitchen
In the well equipped kitchen you will find a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside you will find a barbecue.
Living room
In the living room you will find a cosy sitting area and dining table. There is also a TV and free Wifi in the entire accommodation.
Garden
Outside, it's really enjoyable here. The wooden decking around the private pool (8 x 4 m) provides a chic look. There are plenty of sunbeds for all to sunbathe. The dining table outside is covered and overlooks the pool. From the entire garden you have a wide view of the surroundings.
Around the house
The villa is located near the historic town of Silves. In addition, there are three different golf courses within a ten-minute drive: Silves, Amendoeira O'Connor and Amendoeira Faldo. At about 20 minutes' drive you will find several beaches, water parks, a seal centre and riding schools. There is also a possibility to use the bicycles that come with the house. The surroundings are perfect for cyclists.

The city of Silves is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the Algarve. It is also the former capital of the Algarve. The first thing you notice about Silves is the Castelo dos Mouros, an enormous castle made of red sandstone. You will also find archaeological excavations and several statues here. In August, concerts are held at the castle in the evenings, and during the day, there are all kinds of fun stalls.
In the picturesque streets of the historical centre, you will find stylish mansions to smaller, colourful houses. When you stroll through here, you can hardly miss it: the storks' nests. On top of the high towers, on the roofs of old buildings and around the fortress, you will find them everywhere!
Active holidaymakers can enjoy snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf in the vicinity of the villa.

Included in the rental price is the use of air conditioning, water and electricity incl. washing of bed linen etc., maintenance of pool and garden. Not included is the use of the heating and wood for the fireplace. The rental price is calculated on the basis of the weekly price for 6 people.
Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after a down payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Deposit
You are requested to pay an amount of €300,- as a deposit. This will be returned to your bank account within 7 days if no damage has been caused by you, or in case of damage a part or the whole will be withheld, or an additional payment for the damage caused will be demanded.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will be charged:
a. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rental price
b. for cancellation as from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 16.00 pm and should leave the villa before 10.00 am; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.
Liability
HelloAlgarve / landlord(s) do not accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around Quinta by whatever circumstances.
Other
We advise you to take out a solid travel and cancellation insurance. Upon arrival your hostess/hostess will be present to receive you. By signing, booking and subsequent payment of the rent, you agree to the above conditions and general rental conditions of HelloAlgarve.
