Authentic and attractive villa built in 1970 with a very quiet location and optimum privacy. This lovely house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. All rooms are on the ground floor. The house has an area of 300 m² and the whole plot is 5000 m²! There is a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, dining room and lush garden with several terraces and saltwater private pool.
A wonderfully peaceful stay is guaranteed at Villa Quinta Monchique. From 3 of the 4 bedrooms you can walk straight to the terrace of the swimming pool through the French doors. The swimming pool is surrounded by ponds which are filled with beautiful water plants, frogs and fish. The villa is decorated in an authentic style.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is very spacious with a fireplace and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. Through the French doors you can walk on the terrace with swimming pool. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with bath and separate shower and also offers direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. The third bedroom is equipped with a bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom and is connected by a door. This room also borders the swimming pool. In the central hall is a guest toilet.
Kitchen and living room
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a kettle, toaster, cooker (5 burners), coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Furthermore, there is a dining table in the kitchen. The living room has several sitting areas and a fireplace.
Garden
The garden at this villa is a real eyecatcher. The garden is beautifully landscaped and consists of several terraces with both sunny and shady spots. There are several seats, a barbecue and a large dining table. Part of the terrace by the house is covered. Furthermore, there is a saltwater swimming pool that flows over into a pond. There is also an outdoor shower. Next to the kitchen is a citrus orchard where you can pick your own fruit in the morning.

The rental price includes the use of gas, water and electricity including washing bed linen etc., maintenance of pool and garden. Not included is the use of oil/gas for central heating. The rental price is calculated on the basis of the weekly price for 8 people.
If during your stay visitors stay overnight there are costs involved. Please notify the owner upon arrival or during your stay.
Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after the deposit of 50%.
Deposit
Payment before arrival. With the 2nd payment of 50% you are requested to pay the deposit of € 500, -. This will be returned to your bank account within 7 days if no damage has been caused by you, or in case of damage a part or the whole will be withheld, or an additional payment for the damage caused will be demanded.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees will be charged:
a. for cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the down payment amount;
b. for cancellation as from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
Arrival and departure
You can enter the villa after 16.00 hours in the afternoon and should leave the villa before 10.00 hours in the morning; this is in connection with the cleaning of the villa.
Liability
HelloAlgarve / landlord (s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc. during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the villa by any circumstances whatsoever caused.

We advise you to take out a solid travel and cancellation insurance. By your signature, booking and subsequent payment of the rent, you agree to the above conditions and general rental conditions of HelloAlgarve.
